40and - is a consortium of Entertainment industry professionals who are over 40 and dedicated to the creative process. We are a network of Writers, Directors, Producers, Editors, and all other above and below the line personnel that share a common vision: Age is not a factor in the creation of artistic and marketable entertainment product.

We are passionate about:

• Advocating the employment of Industry professionals over 40.
• Generating film, television, radio and stage projects created and developed by people over 40.
• Championing Industry causes and events benefiting the older professional.
• Mentoring young, up and coming artists.
